Can I really come everyday?

Yes! Your unlimited membership is specific to your car. With your car, you can wash as often as you like.

What Other Benefits do I have?

Besides washing when you want, there are several other benefits to being an unlimited member:

  • Unlimited washes at other Carriage House or Carriage House Express at select UDF locations along with FREE vacuums through our App.

Is it safe to wash your car all the time?

Yes! Carriage House Car Wash’s soft sponge technology does not hold dirt and grime on the brushes. We apply state of the art chemicals to help protect and clean your car.

Can you fit Longer or Wider Vehicle?

It depends on the vehicle. We eliminated the front or real wheel single track push/pull system of older washes with a high tech dual belt system. This allows us to wash limousines, large tire trucks/SUVs and some other larger vehicles. The height limit is 7′. We cannot safely accommodate many hitches or any bike hitches, so these would need to be removed before entering the tunnel.

Do I have to use a credit card or debit card?

Yes! We bill the card of your choice on the monthly anniversary date.

Can I cancel anytime?

You may cancel at time prior to the next billing cycle.   You must contact us via email at least 5 days prior to your billing date to cancel.  Billed amounts will not be refunded but your membership will be extended until the day prior to your next billing.  There are no refunds once the account is billed.  We process request M-F from 8AM -5PM.  Request submitted outside these hours will be process on the next business day. 

Do you close in the winter?

No! Winter is the best time to wash your car. The salt on the road eats into your vehicle’s paint and contributes to a shorter life of your car. We heat our tunnels and also use 90 degree hot water in the winter to ensure the highest quality outcome for your vehicle.

What if I have more than one vehicle?

Each membership is for a single vehicle. However, family and Fleet plans are available for your household or business needs. Learn more about our family plans here. Click here for more information regarding fleet plans.

What if I want to upgrade my membership?

Either call, stop in or email us the change you would like and we can make it happen.  Be sure to provide us the license plate of the car if you have multiple vehicles. 

Can I use the membership on more the one vehicle?

Unfortunately no. Each membership is tied to a certain vehicle. Our license-plate reader reads the license plate of each car that passes into the wash, and that identifies you and the wash you selected.  However, you can receive discounts for multiple cars.  You can also check out our Washbooks which can be used on any car and provide a nice savings.

Do I have to have a sticker on my windshield?

Generally No.  We use a state of art license plate reader technology.  This eliminates the need for an unsightly sticker on your windshield.  However, Temporary Tags, license plate covers or unusual lettering may require the use of a RFID sticker.

What if I buy a new car?

No problem.  Just stop in during normal business hours or email us and we will remove the old vehicle and add the new one to your account.  You will need to enroll the new car on a plan and we will transfer any remaining time to the new car so you don’t lose any time.

Can I suspend my account?

Yes, if there is a reason for which you are unable to use your membership for a month or longer, we can cancel the billing prior to the next billing cycle.  You will not be charged during the suspension time. You will still have a membership, but it will not be active until you reinstate at the site or send an email to get your membership working again.  We find this very common for those that may be traveling or out of the area for extended periods.

I’ve sold my car?

Please contact us and let us know.  We can stop the billing prior to the next cycle.  If you purchased a new car we can transfer the remaining membership time upon enrolling the new car. 

What are the terms of my Membership?

Unlimited Wash Club is for washing one car an average of once per day in each month membership is renewed. Carriage House Car Wash reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the program from time to time as it feels necessary. Membership can be canceled at any time. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. Only the car listed on the account is eligible for the program and must have an assigned license number attached to it or RFID sticker. No fleet service vehicles are eligible for the Wash Club without prior approval. Carriage House Car Wash attendants will verify the license plate number matches our records.  Some of our services may require the use of a smart phone or the use of our App.  If you do not have a smart phone, you may not be able to use all of our services nor receive any discounts.  We video record all transactions to verify license plate and car matches our records. Any attempt to circumvent the system or a non-authorized car could result in club member cancellation. By enrolling in the Monthly Wash Club program I agree that the credit card provided can be charged on the anniversary date each month for the subscribed Unlimited package. I also agree that I waive any and all right to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges, whether as described in my agreement with the credit card issuer or otherwise.  Customer must notify us in writing of their desire to cancel at least 5 days prior to billing date by completing the cancellation form.  Request are processed M-F 8AM-5PM.  Requests submitted outside these times will processed on the next business day.  You will receive an email confirmation onced processed.  Customer may change Unlimited package by contacting us as well.
