I want to cancel a car
Requests to Cancel must be submitted 3-5 Business Days prior to your billing to avoid being charged. Requests not submitted within this time frame may be charged. Memberships are non refundable once billed. You will be able to continue using your membership through the expiration date. A confirmation email will be sent to you once processed.
I am looking to swap/replace a car
You will be charged the membership fee to activate the new car. Any remaining time on the old car will be added to the new car. Request are processed M-F 8AM -5PM. Request submitted outside these times will be process on the next business day.
I am looking to upgrade/downgrade plan.
We will process your request generally within 48 hours. Changes allowed once per 30 days. There are no prorations to billing when either upgrading or downgrading. Changes to plans are effective once processed.
Family Plan: Add a new car or combine existing cars.
If you have at least one car in the monthly unlimited plan, please complete this form to add a new car or combine existing cars.
We must have the contact information for the family member who's credit card is on file with us and the corresponding account phone number. This will be the account used for billing. Family discounts will take place on the next monthly billing cycle. No refunds or prorations for prior billings. We will process your request generally within 48 hours.
