A: Our four staffed, long tunnel locations will remain open and continue to operate as Carriage House Car Wash:

Q: Which locations are under new ownership?
A: Ownership is changing for the Carriage House Express Wash locations at United Dairy Farmers (UDF) stores ONLY.
This includes the following sites:
- Wilder UDF AA Highway: 1135 Steffen Lane
- River Road UDF Anderson Ferry: 4332 River Road
- Loveland UDF Branch Hill: 6401 Branch Hill Guinea Pike
- Hamilton UDF Tylersville: 3911 Tylersville Road

- Trenton UDF State Street: 950 W State Street
- Dayton UDF Harshman: 3026 Harshman Road

Q: Can I still use my subscription membership at Express UDF Wash locations?
A: Yes, if you purchased your subscription membership at a UDF location.
Q: I sometimes used both Carriage House Car Wash & Express UDF Wash locations — will my plan change?
A: Yes. Your membership will no longer give you access to both Carriage House Car Wash and Express UDF Wash locations.
Q: What happens to my gift card or wash books? Can I still use them?
A: Physical gift cards and wash books can only be redeemed at the four staffed, long tunnel Carriage House Car Wash locations.
Any digital wash books or gift card balances will remain connected to your new app account.
Q: Do subscription members at the four staffed, long tunnel Carriage House Car Wash locations need to do anything?
A: Yes. All members need to download the Car Wash Loyalty mobile app by DRB Systems to manage their membership.
The app will allow you to update billing, manage your plan, and access your member benefits. All loyalty points and digital wash books or gift cards in your account will transfer!
